Beware of such marketing strategies, luring the gullible middle-class citizens. Even if the home lone rates are slashed to one notch lower, can the lower middle class, always aspiring to join their elite cousins in the upper middle class, afford this luxury of owning a roof over their head. It is a mirage in which a lower middle-class citizens continue to live throughout life. Does a person in this class has money to spare to invest for a dwelling or an apartment, in particular when we are reeling under the unabated inflationary trends?
